Hey Ses! Sure. I can write it below actually. I'm swapping my helm and boots to Trans so I can run 4p Trans. But atm I run this build (I'M MISSING MY SKILL DMG BOOSTS!) imgur.com/a/PLWssc2
This is what I will be running once I swap my boots and helm to Trans:
Max Health (With Bow mastery): 13,140
Max Mana: 10,110 (or 8,910 if you prio melee end)
Crit Chance (With food): 834
Hit Chance (With food + Bow passive): 265
Melee Eva: 1,130
Range Eva: 64
Magic Eva: 824
Melee End: 160 (or 480 if prio melee end)

Bracers: Wild Resistance Bracelet = Max Health, Silence/Bind Res. Traits = Max Health, Skil Dmg Res, Stun Res
Ring 1: Insightful Dimension = Range, Wisdom, Perception. Traits = Max Health, Buff Dura, Skill Dmg Boost
Ring 2: Trans Magic Ring = All stats + 3. Traits = Buff Duration, Max Mana, Skill Dmg Boost
Belt: Duke Magna = Max Health, Dmg Red, Weaken Res. Traits = Maxc Health, Skill Dmg Res, Stun Res. CONSIDER using Elite Retainer's Belt instead since we can't trait out Trans boots easily and we'll be missing important evasion.
Wand: Exca = Max Health, Heavy Atk, Crit Hit
Bow: Karnix = Max Health, Heavy Atk, Crit Hit
Important Mentions:
Destroyer's Choker = Crit Hit 80, 3.8% CDS, Max Health 555. Traits = Max Health, Buff Dura, Skill Dmg Boost. This is very expensive and hard to get good traits. Unrealistic.
Worshiper's? = Hit 85, Max Mana 530, Bonus dmg 10 (dead stat if you're not dagger). Traits = Max Mana, Skill Dmg Res, Mana Regen. This would be an additional 3% - 6% more skill heal because of Noble Revival passive. Might not be worth.
Update: Lose Max Mana on Trans helm and boots, but gain a total of 480 melee endurance is probably better since we can get 780 melee endurance with bow passive. IF, you want to go even further, you could remove health from chest or gloves to achieve 940 melee endurance or 900. It might be worth to remove health from both chest and gloves to achieve 1,080 melee endurance.

is that health bar distance set on default ? or are there settings to change the "unnecessary" ones away, who are not in combat for example ? I am just one nerd from the EU, desperately waiting to get hands on this beautyful game in the west... release date not known yet.

The game's UI is pretty customizable. You can toggle an option to turn off healthbars or show which healthbars you want to see between allies, hostile, watched, neutral, npcs, etc.

what weapon and skills should be upgraded first

Hi, there are some paths you can take but it depends on a few things first. Are you just starting out as healer or are you already lvl 50? Also, there are a few weapon options you can pursue to be a healer. Those are: Wand/Bow, Wand/Dagger, Wand/Staff, and Wand/SnS. Each weapon setup has their unique role and strengths/weaknesses in PvP. If you can share some answers to these questions I can help out :D !

Oh okie. If you're starting a NEW character, I highly recommend you just start Bow/Staff or Bow/Xbow or Bow/Dagger to reach level 50. It will be much quicker overall. Once you're 50 you can easily swap to healer and not be behind at all because the gearing system allows for gear transferring, which is great@@keijo4359! For Wand/Bow, I recommend leveling skills the following order:
Swift Healing (SH) to rare > Devotion and Emptiness (D&E) to rare > Touch of Despair (ToD) to rare > Cursed Explosion (CE) to rare > Chaotic Shield to rare > SH to Epic > Nature's Blessing to epic > CN to epic > CE to Epic > ToD to Epic > D&E to Epic > CMC Epic > Vampiric Contract to Epic > Chaotic Shield Epic > Wraith's to Epic > Full of Corruption (FoC) should be brought to epic. You can choose to do this earlier or not. It's really good for farming and can be slotted for wars. With a good group, you can easily keep 2+ stacks of FoC during PvP. Once your wand skills are complete, start bringing your bow DPS skills to epic, including the block. Overtaker is better to use in pvp over Chaotic Shield because you can use it while silenced. You can consider leveling the bow block first over the wand block. For the bow dps skills, prio Zephyr's, Sniping, and Strafing to epic. Work on the rest as you get the books.
A third weapon to level can be staff if you want to go wand/staff which is better for AOE farming, which means you can complete contracts extremely fast and play as DPS for dungeon groups. You can also level a dagger or sns if you want to try out those healing setups.
