As someone who traveled there, I found it safe. What one of the girls in the video was suggesting is that it's the least safe when considering Norwegian standards. I think if you compared Oslo to say San Francisco (which is near where I'm from), it's incredibly safe.

When you don't know what real crime is you can't appreciate safety u have.

@@daffedavidsen6306 ​​ this is simply not the reality of life in Oslo. I live in Oslo, and while stabbings and shootings do happen, they are rare and almost never random. Statistics show one stabbing every 3 days on average and shootings are way more rare. There are certainly statistics for number of shootings per year on average somewhere online i’m sure, but they’re rare enough a quick google search did not find the answer
