Yes, the commonly available and inexpensive ones won't even have the robotic sensors. I am not sure how much this surgery will cost. Only some 20 or so individuals have had it so far.

Thermal ageing is going to be just another way to diagnose and take intervention early. It is not changing the practice of medicine.
