I've recently been pondering a Panerai PAM 753 that is similar but unfortunately is sans sausage markers. When I get the chance I'll have to get to the AD and have a look.
So which one is better in terms of functioning? Rolex have -2/2 seconds different daily and panerai have auto winding.
Panerai over Rolex every time!

Wire lugs don't look substantial... 🤔
They are more than enough. What is not substantial is the one inch killer in your shorts.
