I am 73 years old and watch a lot of TH-cam All sorts of different channels So I'm constantly running into Ones that I've seen before from all genre. So I flipped channels a lot Cause I've already seen it I go rerun rerun reru. However I run across yours and always stop I know that I've seen it But there's something about and it's only your channel is I watched them over again for a second time sometimes a third time , Isn't that the craziest thing you've ever heard of Of somebody watching reruns and that somebody is me Crazy
The two bolts need to 1/4 longer for the nylon nuts to work properly. Great work guys as always

Or green loctite would work. Also missed the dielectric grease on the electrical connections.
I say red loctite would be a simple fix but notic😂d the nylocks werent on the threads too

The easiest way to apply stickers is to hinge them. Tap them in place only on the top edge then flip the sticker up and peel off the backing. Then flip it back down and it will lay exactly where you had it hanging there by the tape on the top. Nice and straight. Also use water in a spray bottle with a few drops of soap in it.
Love these Granite Macks. We do HVAC training on vehicles and our major customers used these for roll off trucks in the garbage industry. These things are just the definition of a durable heavy truck! All the guys up the Atlantic seaboard in Maine, Delaware, Mass on down to NC love these things! They are a solid performer and last nearly forever!
Try spraying soapy water on the truck before applying vinyl graphics. It keeps them from sticking before you squeegee them down, avoiding wrinkles and allowing you to reposition slightly. I position the graphics and make a hinge out of blue painter's tape. Then I fold them up, strip the sheet that protects the adhesive. Then fold down into place and squeegee out any bubbles.
You are right, also great for installing window tint, I think they use distilled water.

Feel your bolts should have been 3/4 inches longer so the threads extended all the way thru nylon in nuts. Safety

I’ve always used water with very little dawn dish soap in a spray bottle or spray a way glass cleaner when the other isn’t available and I’ve never had an issue putting stickers on and I put more stickers and graphics on than I care to remember. Never had problems with that method and I’ve always been able to install then without air bubbles.
He should have used a tape line to get them level lol.
On another note I’m betting that Mack is going to be a really good piece of equipment for you.
I always tape the vinyl to the surface, in the middle with the backing on, so I can get it level. Then peel the backing to the tape on one side and cut the backing off. Press that side from the middle out. Peel the other side of the backing off, and press it from the middle out. Works BEAUTIFULLY
Mr. Dirt Perfect I totally agree with on the pindel bolts being to short. Needs to be maybe a 1/2 inch longer.
Poor Aaron needs a big fat raise and a weekly bonus 😉
Next time bubble level and a dry erase marker. Make a line below where the perfect is in the sticker. Use that as your level guide.

Got to agree with Aaron on the lighting alignment. I'm a bit OCD that way myself. Really gets to me following vehicles with mismatched lighting orientation. Not to mention the fact that certain types of combination lamps may not project light in the right direction if misfitted.

i think you should put a cover on the back of the new hitch plate to protect the lights and wiring from tire slining rocks and mud at them.

When you plumbed the trailer air system, I didn't see that you changed over the trailer hand brake. From the factory, that hand brake was plumbed to active the tractor service brakes. In order to use the brake for trailer use only, the plumbing needs to be changed. Otherwise, it's not possible to control the trailer in slippery conditions. Keep up the good work.
You need to get longer bolts for the Pindel hitch. With nylock nuts you need two threads thru the nylon.
When we put decals on e used windex and would wet the surface, place the decal and then Squeegee out the liquid, it allowed the decals to be placed perfectly in the place that was wanted.
I was working for LinCare and when we got new delivery vans it was require for us to put the decal set on the vans, and the side decals made the dirt perfect decal look in a small bumper sticker.
The DOT wanted all the placard deals on the van as well as name decal and dot number decals. I guess when you 2 LS 640 lox tanks in the back it is a must!

I’m sure you probably already know this, but if you soak that door with a little bit of soapy water, and put your sticker on while wet, you can move it around wherever you want, squeegee it out, let it dry, and it sticks just fine… I have found that’s a much easier way to put stickers on, because I always have a problem not getting them straight the first time. Lol!!!! Love your channel and watching you guys work have a great day.

As far as I can see, there's only two things I can spot that the new Mack still needs. First is your signature diamond stack(s). Got to hear it talk! Second, it needs a name! Until it is dubbed with an official title, I have affectionately been calling it Edgar. Don't know why. Inside my little head, it just seems to fit. Anyway, another great video! Always enjoy watching you guys. Oh, while I'm thinking about it, don't forget to spay or neuter your new pets....cause it was raining cats and dogs there for a bit!
