I have been divorced and had a daughter with my first wife. I am now in an excellent marriage with a woman who accepted my daughter as her own. Together we have a son and have been married for almost 7 years (longer than the first marriage). We attend the church that she grew up in. I have misgivings about the often political nature of the preaching. A few weeks ago he condemned divorce, which offended me. I found Sandals church on TH-cam because I was so disenchanted with the preacher. I started about a month ago with a message on depression and just found this video today. It was exactly what I needed to hear. The messages here are so uplifting that my connection to God is closer than it has been in years. Please know that you are impacting lives thousands of miles away in West Virginia.
SUGGESTION: EVERYONE should listen, while praying. then ALLOW the Lord to make you even BETTER. I was so blessed with this teaching. Stored in my "video hope chest" for my single Christian adult children. Thank you Pastor Matt
"I'm not happy". All you see is yourself. Verifiably accurate. This view of marriage is incredibly destructive. I've experienced it. Abandon this asap if it creeps in.
