Great advice. Annoyingly my left kick is more powerful than my right, but I fight regular. The switch kick is the answer to my problem. Off to kick pads for 1000 times now. Thanks Liam 👊

Everything i can get my hands on modality wise etc.. ive decided muay thai is most effective in real life ..of all martial arts . After whittling away what doesn't work..and seeking perfect fast fight ending techniques and btw YOU SIR- KICKED SAENCHAI'S BUTT..AL OVER .. I was shocked . Seen him win A LOT OF FIGHTS. Hey Liam, can switch kick be used against single leg ?
Maybe when they come to take u down u step back and quickly switch kick especially if they are low you’ll get more power

What I struggle with is not jumping while doing the switch kick. I just don't know how to do it properly.
So it's not straight through horizontally it's diagonally through the body, what about leg kicks?
when doing the switch, is the left foot moved back first or the right feet moved in front first ?
