It's about to get alot worse. Although some will still believe they're safe in their tower on the sand, alot won't. The value of condos on the beach just plummeted along with the building.

I shared a video of this phenomenon years ago!
*Warned People Of Lies Of OUT OF CONTROL CRIMES Being Reported From These Areas!*
Tactics Used To Force People Out Like *CLOSING STORES, BUSINESSES, SOCIAL GATHERING PLACES AND AREAS, PUBLIC SCHOOLS!*
Deny Freedom Of Movement and associations! *FILL WORKLOADS, DAYS TO PREVENT ESTABLISHMENT OF A FAMILY!*

Another couple feet aren't going to make much difference in a couple more years. Anyone living in the entire South Florida region is under grave risk already.

People with money want the higher land. Thats just free market. Labeling it gentrification only hurts the middle to right on the political spectrum from hearing this.

How is this not gentrification. It doesn’t “hurt the middle from the right”, it hurt’s the people they will unknowingly or uncaringly put in harm’s way to get the land.

The right stops listening when you say gentrification.

Obama must be in poverty...he had to buy his vacation cottage on the seashore and only had 15 million in the bank to buy it with.
Only the rich people can afford to live as far from the rising seas as possible.
This is why 1/5 acre lots are going dirt cheap for 5 million bucks in the Florida Keys ( a couple of feet about sea level) at 5 million bucks only the poor people buy these lots to erect their Walmart tents for houses . So sad!
