Tonics refill Dead Eye bar which makes you enter Dead Eye for a longer time to tag more enemies. (The fuller the core, the better for accuracy. The fuller the bar, the longer time you have in Dead Eye mode.) Enjoy your time man👌🏼

I guess spoilers, I just wanna talk about Dutch lol I know some people think that Dutch getting hit on the head during the trolley crash affected his personality, but I feel like it's just a red herring. Or at most, it just made him more bitter about Bronte being able to manipulate him like that. And his bitterness leads him to thinking irrationally. I don't think Rockstar would do all this great character work with Dutch, and then a hit on the head is the reason he changes and becomes more irrational and paranoid. Nah, Dutch is and always has been such a narcissist that thinks way too highly of himself. And he constantly thinks he can manipulate people, only to end up being used and manipulated himself. Now when he sees people have the slightest bit of doubt, his mask of reliability and knowledge begins to drop, resulting in him bashing them for "losing faith". One of the main differences between chapter 1 Dutch and now is that the mask is harder to keep on. But it's always been there to hide his narcissism and paranoia from others
