    Hi Anja! What a fabulous new technique; thank you so much for teaching us this. I can imagine it would make a lovely wider band striped blanket of alternating or mixed colours. Excellent close camera work too, everything is clear and easy to follow. :) :)
    P.s. I must say I have been catching up on your "crochet , coffee and chats" videos, and they are perfect for when I can, of have to just listen, while driving (slowly and very safely of course!) for example. They are so lovely to listen to and I appreciate how you answer viewers' questions.....
    And I love how you were thrilled with 8000 subscribers just two years ago, and now there are well over 50,000!! Well deserved for your hard work and your generous friendly nature. So glad to be part of it! xx

    Hi Anja! I have never seen this stitch before and I really like it. Question: If you were going to make something using only this stitch, would you start with a typical base chain? Thank you for another great tutorial. Looking forward to Friday’s video and Sunday’s live stream! Say hi to Dirk, Layla, and Ray! ❤️

    • @OpheliaTalks
      @OpheliaTalks  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Christine Green yes you would start with a chain or even a chain and a row of SC!

    Hi ! Thank you so much for this technique ! I have a question : i'm doing rows of single crochets where i have to single crochet in the back loop of each stitch so it creates a totally different shape of rows (the rows has no holes, contrary to your technique, it's for handwarmers) do you have this same technique but for my pattern ? :)

    • @OpheliaTalks
      @OpheliaTalks  หลายเดือนก่อน

      just do it in the back loops! good luck, Anja x

    Hi, how did you start your very first row?

    • @OpheliaTalks
      @OpheliaTalks  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Just do chains. This is about the technique not how to start. You can do this in any work that you are doing when appropriate.

      Thank you for replying! I recently received a huge box of yarn & a lot of them were unlabeled. My favorite yarn that came from the box is the same yarn you are using so I was curious because I would love to buy more. The color is beautiful & the technique you are showing is awesome. Thank you 💕

    • @OpheliaTalks
      @OpheliaTalks  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Judy, this way of crochet is meant for flat edge to edge work, I guess there might be a way of doing it in the round, if that's what you're looking for, but I've not found it, maybe you can experiment!! Anja x
