సార్ మేము 2nd ఫ్లోర్ స్లాబ్ వేసేటప్పుడు sudden గా వర్షం వచ్చింది. చినుకులు పడి, ఒక 10 నిమిషాలు వర్షం పడింది. ఏమైనా స్లాబ్ strength, stability ఏమైనా దెబ్బ తినడానికి ఆస్కారం ఉందా. వర్షం పడిన తరువాత స్లాబ్ పైన పోయి చూస్తే కొంచం ఇసుక బయటికి వచ్చింది. మా కాంట్రాక్టర్ కి అడిగితే 2 బస్తాల cement పొద్దాము అన్నాడు. దాని తరువాత సిమెంట్ వేయడం వద్దులే ఒక వేళ సిమెంట్ వేస్తే పెచ్చులు లేస్తాయి అన్నాడు. నేను ఫ్లోరింగ్ చేసేటప్పుడు స్లాబ్ పైన ఒక layer మళ్ళీ వేస్తాను అన్నాడు. ఇది ఎంతవరకు.నిజమో చెప్పగలరు..

మేము కట్టించే రూమ్ స్లాబ్ = 16"*26" అలా 1 చదరపు అడుగు ₹1500 తీసుకొని మొత్తం ₹624000 అన్నాడు. మేము ₹620000 అన్నాము. మేము స్లాబ్ లేకుండా 13"10' * 18"9' గా ఉంది. సార్ నాకు doubt ఏమంటే స్లాబ్ కలుపుకొని ఇల్లు కట్టడంతో డబ్బులు తీసుకుంటారా లేదా రూమ్ ఒక్కటే కట్టడాన్ని కి డబ్బులు తీసుకుంటారా. ఉదాహరణకు స్లాబ్ వచ్చి 16"*26" ఉంది కానీ రూమ్ మాత్రం 13"10' *18"9' ఉంది sir. నాకు కన్ఫ్యూజన్ గా ఉంది నాకు క్లారిటీ ఇవ్వగలరు..
