For those reasons and that even though her voice isn't monotone, she doesn't yell or get suddenly loud, which is why I put one of her videos on every night to go to sleep to 😊😊
I often can't turn my brain off, and if I'm not bored (yes I get bored trying to sleep 😅😅), I'm stressing about things, so I can have her loud enough focus on what she's saying but not so loud I can't sleep though. And it's just perfect and I really appreciate the way she is 😊😊

Honestly the best thing imo is using CeraVe healing ointment over your skincare at night. Its like aquaphor but it contains ceramides which help the skin so much! It's called slugging and it's so good for dry and/or mature skin. I actually use the CVS brand or Walgreens brand of the CeraVe healing ointment and they are an exact dupe! Just much cheaper!

@@juliaregnant she can just put it on her spots of eczema too if she does get milia under the eyes but I would still suggest doing it under the eyes until you notice if you do get it because it's so good for Locking products in. It's helped my under eye area tremendously I used to hate wearing conceal because my under eye area was so horribly dry and creepy and had like dry patches. Ever since doing it my under eyes look so good.

I've got a few favourite products at the moment. The elf superhydrate and holy hydration with spf. Both feel incredibly amazing on my skin. I have a more normal leaning dry skin type. Basically my skin gets dry if I don't take care of it.
Perfume has to be the Fior di Salina by L'erbolario. It's not expensive. This one in 50ml costs €25. And it's supposed to smell like the Mediterrenean sea. Specifically Sardinia. It has notes of Bergamot, Marine accord, Iris, Galbanum and Helichrysum. It's so fresh but has a hint of sweet. My brother bought me a new one for birthday and I was super excited. Or another of my most loved from them aswell it's the Tea leaves perfume. It has notes of Oolong tea leaves, Water Mint, Verbena and Maté. It straight up smells like a fresh cup of tea. My mom once smelled it on me and thought it was the parfum of a guy that passed in front of us. She couldn't stop saying how much she loved it until I shoved my wrist under her nose and got all excited. She said: "It's this one! It's soooo good!" and I reminded her she can use my perfumes if she asks me. Plus all of these perfumes are great for sensitive skin.
Makeup wise I won't get too long because I could go on of hours.
Skin perfector by Wycon is my absolute favourite foundation. Lasts well, doesn't crease, looks very glowy, 95% natural ingredients, medium coverage in a tasteful way.
Suoerdewy blush in the shade flushing for you.
Essence glow glow go liquid highliter.
Essence Superfine eyeliner. Mine unfortunately is dried out a bit.
Essence fix and last makeup gripping jelly primer.
Essence lip boost overnight lip mask with 10% oat milk.
Essence glosses, hydra matte lipstick and hydrating nude.
    Kiko ultimate glow blush.
    Kiko mousse eyeshadow.
And Kiko festival glow body luminizer/shimmer I don't remember.

It’s so funny, I bought the REM concealer after your first video about it and I LOVE it because it DOES NOT crease on me at all! And at 34 unfortunately I have lines and dry-ish undereye so it took me forever to find one that doesn’t need setting (on me). I as well like to apply it with the little sponge the best, but then let it crease for a minute, pat it out with my finger and I am set for all day! Amazing stuff ❤️😅 xx

I know that avene has really good skincare bits. They make this thermal water spray that I've seen a few people say it helps a lot for irritated skin and is not very expensive. I just googled it and the 150 ml spray retails for around €10 which is around £9. And that's not a bad price. They're more of a pharmacy brand. I've tried their sunscreen and it was pretty good. And that's how much I know of them.

If you have eczema, sensitive skin or if you just want to have great skin, no matter the type, learn your ingredients. Don't put products that contain alcohol, esential oils, alcoholic plant extracts or perfume on your skin. If a product burns, even the slightest, then your skin doesn't like it (some acids can cause minor stinging sensations, but not burning sensations). Use cosdna or incdecoder to analyze your cosmetics and skincare products. Knowledge is the real game changer. And most importantly, wear sunscreen all day, even under makeup. Happy skin days, everyone! 🙂

There is a product by dermaveen (it’s the, dermaveen eczema ointment, which I don’t know if you have in the UK I’m from Australia) which is a very similar idea as the little Vasoline type product, it’s not Vasoline and it locks in the moisture while also having moisturising components in it like colloidal oatmeal. I don’t know if you’ve already tried it but I suffer from pretty bad eczema break outs on and around my eyes. I use the lush dream cream which is amazing, always recommend it to someone who says the suffer from dry patches/eczema

I have the same struggle with my hairline. I have the most intence widows peak. I actually had my hairline around my temples micro bladed. Best thing I had ever done. I need to rethouch it. It's been 2 1/2 years since I had it done but it's still looking pretty good. Highly recommend. 💖💖

Soph! Not sure if you’ve ever tried the LaRoche Posay Cicaplast Baume but…As someone with severe eczema in the Canadian Winters I can assure you this is gods gift to dry/irritated skin (it will change your life overnight and I ain’t even exaggerating).

Hi Soph, I’m 22, I have orange hair and I’m very fair skinned, and I live in Australia. My skin is very dry and I’ve started getting fine lines under my eyes (no where else yet thankfully) however, I was wondering if you have any recommendations for me for moisturisers that will “slow down” the development of wrinkles? You’ve gotten me hooked on the cetaphil products and they’ve helped so much in toning down the dryness in my skin, the moisturisers are a blessing! But yeah, I was looking for something that might prevent my fine lines getting worse too quickly.
You’re amazing and I love your videos! Thank you for all dedication to creating content, I cannot express how much I appreciate you, you have gotten me through some dark days and I love you for it! ❤

I'm turning 45 this year but people always think I'm my 21 year old son's girlfriend 🙄 because I still look like I'm in my 20s. I highly recommend a bakuchiol serum, Acure is a great brand with one that's affordable or a higher end one is the Herbivore brand. It really helps with fine lines, its a plant based alternative to retinol plus its hydrating. Another thing to try around the eyes is an eye cream with caffeine, I don't know if the one I use is available where you are but it is the Good Molecules Yerba Mate Wake up Eye Gel, I get it from Ulta. The caffeine helps with crows feet lines around the eyes and dark circles under the eyes. Daily sunscreen is super important too, the sun is extremely damaging to skin. Maybe Soph has some other tips she can share with us but these are the things I would recommend that have helped me. My last recommendation would be a Tiger Grass Gel Moisturizer, tiger grass is amazing, it heals skin & is anti-aging. I prefer Dr. Jarts Tiger Grass Gel Cream but its slightly expensive so really any Tiger Grass/Cica Gel Cream would help. Another tip came from my great grandma, she always reminded me to use my skincare on my neck & hands because they age like our faces do. 💛 Hope some of this is helpful 🙂

@@becomingsophiesceliaclife you’re a blessing, than you so much, I’ll definitely give these a try…I’m so bad with sunscreen, I hate it but my skin is so easily damaged by it! I’ve tried thinner sunscreens and either they irritate my skin or I just end up washing them off 5 minutes later. I’m also a teacher so I spend my lunch duties outside so I know I desperately need to get on the sunscreen train! I just can’t stand it 😂😒

@@CASTRO7n I hate sunscreen too, they all really irritate my eyes & I have super sensitive skin & I am super pale as well. I wish I could find one that was affordable, didn't irritate my allergies & isn't super thick. I have an allergy to direct sunlight, I get heat stroke & my skin breaks out in hives. I work from home so I don't have to go outside often, I would probably be washing it off after 5 minutes too if I was outside frequently. I try to use bb or cc creams, skin tint or foundation with spf because some of those are less irritating to my skin & eyes. I would really like to find a decent sunscreen though for those no makeup kind of days.

@@becomingsophiesceliaclife Haha, I’m happy to know I’m not the only sunscreen hater!
I think also, because I don’t wear makeup (I know, it’s maybe odd that I watch Soph but she’s such a lovely person I couldn’t care less what the content is of), the greasy layer of sunscreen is so obvious when I wear it and that makes me dislike it even more 😂

@@CASTRO7n I stopped wearing makeup 12ish years ago but Soph got me back into wearing it on occasion. I still only wear it once or twice a month but I enjoy getting inspo from Soph for those days I do wear it. I also trust her recommendations over any other influencer because she always explains her opinions so well, she's so much more trustworthy than a lot of other influencers. Plus she has such a calming energy which helps my severe anxiety disorder when I watch her.

you need to try eczema honey!! and psoriasis honey. they are technically separate brands but OH MY GOODNESS the eczema “nourishing serum” is actually a lite oil that’s VERY moisturizing and is lite enough for day use i’ll even mix it with my foundation. the skin soothing cream is a life saver and most definitely a night treatment they are both around 25-30$ and the psoriasis honey skin renewing cream is amazing for healed dry scaly patches because it’s exfoliating while being extra moisturizing and everything is also safe for use on scalp!

That Loreal BB Cover is only sold in Europe, but I'm pretty sure it's the exact same thing as the Loreal Age Perfect Radiant Serum Foundation that's sold in the US. The packaging is the exact same and they are both SPF 50. I wonder why they decided to name it differently in Europe. That is my go to foundation most of the time. I try out other stuff from time to time but I always come back to that, it is a beautiful foundation.

My winter dry flaky skin mixture is a thick moisturizer Nivea in the blue container then I love to use the Shea moisture 100% pure Shea oil 1-3 drops at night. Rub it in really really good wait an hour and wash your hands rub it in again. In a week the flakes are gone off the face. I’ll use a 1-2 drops of the Shea oil on its own under my makeup where I’m dry only. The makeup is flawless and looks so pretty. Also I’ve been using Versa recovery mode night time cream it’s also thick and so moisturizing. I’m starting my fall/winter skin routine before the dry patches start coming. But by the winter my skin will be dry but not flaky. So I have to buy the products I need. Nivea & Shea oil.
