    Pop Corn Fish:
    Ingredients to marinate
    Boneless fish 300gm
    Garlic 3- 4 cloves
    Black pepper 1tsp
    Chili powder 1tsp
    Turmeric ½ tsp
    Lemon ½
    Salt 1tsp
    Ingredients for crust
    Corn flour 4tbsp
    Beaten egg 1
    Bread crumbs 1-1/2 cup
    Black pepper 1tsp
    Oil for frying
    Method
    Cut fish in small cubes , now marinate fish with garlic , black pepper , red chili powder , turmeric , salt and lemon juice for 15 min , now add 1tsp corn flakes and mix, now add 1tsp black pepper in bread crumbs , now beat 1 egg , now dip fish first in egg then in bread crumbs , now again dip in eggs , bread crumbs , lastly fry for 4 to 5 min and serve .
    Egg Macaroni Salad :
    Ingredients:
    Chicken fries 1 packet
    Elbow macaroni 2 cup
    Eggs (boiled ) 4
    Salt ¼ tsp
    Black pepper ¼ tsp
    Mustard paste 2 tbsp
    Mayonnaise 1 cup
    Method:
    All ingredients mix well and serve .
    Chicken Lollipops :
    Ingredients:
    Chicken breasts (skinless) 2
    Flour 2 tbsp
    Milk 2 tbsp
    Egg 1
    Salt 1 pinch
    Black pepper 1 pinch
    oil 3 tbsp
    Skewers 8
    Ingredients for Herb Mayonnaise:
    Mayonnaise 6 tbsp
    Spring onion chopped 1/2 tbsp
    Parsley chopped 1/2 tbsp
    Basil chopped 1/2 tbsp
    Mint sauce 1/2 tbsp
    Method
    Pierce the chicken strips onto the skewers to create the lollipops. Set aside
    Slice the 2 chicken breasts lengthways and then season with salt and pepper. Roll in the flour - making sure to cover all the meat
    Whisk the milk and egg together. Dip the chicken in the egg wash and then roll in the peanuts - making sure the chicken is fully coated
    Place a frying pan over a low-medium heat and add the oil. Once hot, cook the chicken until evenly colored and cooked through
    3 tbsp of vegetable oil
    Pierce the chicken strips onto the skewers to create the lollipops. Set aside
    For the herb mayonnaise, chop all the herbs roughly. In a large bowl, combine the herbs, and mayonnaise or mix well or blend in a blender
    Serve the chicken lollipops alongside the mayonnaise
