Weymouth is a seaside town in Dorset, southern England. Its sandy beach is dotted with colorful beach huts and backed by Georgian houses. Jurassic Skyline, a revolving viewing tower, and Victorian Nothe Fort offer harbour views. Weymouth Sealife Park is home to sharks, turtles and stingrays. On the fossil-rich Jurassic Coast is pebbly Chesil Beach. A causeway leads to Portland Island with its lighthouse and birdlife.
Weymouth offers the complete family shopping experience with pedestrianised high streets only a few minutes’ walk from an award-winning sandy beach.
There are all sorts of #weymouth #shops to be found in the town centre, from traditional seaside rock and fudge shops to beachwear and books - everything you could possibly need for a day at the beach.
The town is easily accessible by train, bus, coach and car and there are plenty of car parks for those of you who are visiting for the day. If you have an electric car, there are charging points available in the town centre.
Shopping at the seaside
The main Weymouth shopping streets (St. Mary Street, St. Thomas Street and Bond Street) are found in the centre of town near the beachside Esplanade. They are traffic-free and easy to walk around, so are fantastic for a family day out.
There are also lots of side streets connecting the beachfront to the marina and harbour, which are great for exploring beyond the town centre.
Along with small independent retailers, you’ll find well known high street shops, department stores and boutiques selling everything from gifts and souvenirs to clothing and jewellery.
If you’re into sustainable shopping, there are lots of second-hand shops to grab a bargain and do your bit to save the planet. There are also refill and wholefood shops for all the essentials and more.

The Malboro fish and chips, I've been visiting Weymouth since I was about 2 years old and uts always been there and the food is still as good as it was all those years ago. Highly recommend it

Yes Had some fish and chips from there a few weeks ago. People say its very nice
