I only started when I was 10, but it’s been five years, so now that I’ve been hitting with aero pros for 3 years, it just makes everything better. The new one that just came out (Rafa Aero Pro) feels amazing. I saved up a lot for it, but I’m telling you: it is worth buying. The spin, effortless speed, and controllability is astonishing.
I love the racquet and the bag. However, using this racquet with RPM Blast 17guage, lasts only a few hours with me unfortunately. Thank you Babolat for a great product, and a beautiful design.
ive used the pure aero from 3 years old all the up till 11-13 years old (16 years old as of the time of writing this). When i was 11-13 my game started to develop character and the new pure aero just weren’t cutting it. I wasnt having any feel and the ability to change direction with them the way i can with my current racket, wilson pro staff rf97 340grams + 5 grams of lead tape. The best ones imo have to be without a doubt the 2011 and 2014 model years. they where the best visually and to play with. I would buy the pure aero if they made it like the way they used to make them (god i sound old,), i would also buy them used but i cant find any in good condition. its just something about the old rackets that make the new ones play like a shell of its former self. As a one hander i have so much trouble making timing with the pure aero, they just flight through the air too fast for me and also feel a lil flimsy when i hit with an opponent that has a lot of power behind him. If you are new to the game i 100% recommend the racket, it has a great base to build your game and technique, but 7-8 years down the line once your game has character i do recommend looking else where. I dont want you too look down on the pure aero bc of my experience its just its not for me and my game.
Babolat rackets are Very Stiff, focus on Power and Spins. Players who had that mentality hitting hard baseline with lots of spins they will like it. I had one and Sold it. Not my style of game. I prefer Wilson Blade and Pro Staff perfect thin beams for Control, Precision, Volleys and Feel.
same, i still have the pure aeros its just after the 2014 model year they fell off hard. 2014 and before i love them, my favorite has to be the 2011 model year not just it being visually the best it also plays the best. ive used the pure aero from 3 years old to 12/13 years old, and when i was around 11-13 i started mixing up my rackets but still mained the pure aero
th-cam.com/video/PtpiPJt56MI/w-d-xo.html Watch this video and u will know more that pro players don’t really use the racket in the advertisement or change the new racket every time they come out
you all just hated that you don't have Rafa original racket, the company is trying to save your arm and their players even recreational players. That is why Babolat makes more Pure Aeros even AeroproPlay have a cortex to keep you all playing with their racket. Just don't be dumb headed die hard fan that you want to have and play with Rafael Nadal Aeroprodrive Original just because he's using it doesn''t mean you going to enjoy it. This is from my personal experience using aeroprodrive play and aeroprodrive 2013 (no i'm not supported by Babolat on anyway)
I have tried the 1st generation of APD, the one without cortex. The original version is less spin but more powerful. We all know that's the real racquet Rafa used until now. If Babolat remake the APD original and 1st APD Play, they will be sold out quickly. Pure Aero gives player more spin and less power, it may good for Nadal fan, but not for the real fan of Rafael Nadal. Babolat may know a lot about the racquet, but not the market.
Gracias Rafa for all these years and Vamos Rafa !!!!!

Use 16 gauge. Or and hybrid 16 in the mains and 17 in the crosses.
These rackets are amazing I’ve been using a babolat since I was 3 and the rackets are great. Highly recommend

I play with Babolat Pure Aero 2017 and it feels amazing!
This racket is a beast, awesome solid hit through and speed and has the perfect mix of power and spin. Anybody can love this racket!!
It's beautiful.

as a matter of fact Nadal actually still uses the old first gen aero pro drive. But this is just a misleading paint job. sorry to break it to you.
How do you know that
Great Elbow do you watch tennis ? Apd and pa are very different.
@@michaelp9061 yes i watch but i never realized that.

We all know that. Even more, Nadal never used the one with the cortex system either. In those years, his APD had the cortex painted, hahaha.
Cool vid

You can be a Nadal fan, but that doesn't mean his racket is the best for your game. Those are 2 things that don't necessarily go together.
Cuz he is paid for
Because you pay him to say it. Next question
because babolat pays him
его с такой прической не узнать. зачем?
When Nadal retires and play golf then babolat produces babolat golf aero...😁😁
Easy to use, good sweet spot and great feeling. Nadal straight to the point.
Anche io uso babolat ,ma se babolat mi paga da sponsor anche io le consiglio..grazie al cazzo
His true opinion is that it’s a kid’s racket, it is a toy, no offense, but there’s no feeling nor control
Its the same racquet but different paint job lol
