I see a lot of of comments saying Rafa seems like a genuinely nice guy. I think that too. But let’s not get it too twisted. This guy adjusts his water bottles facing the same way so they can watch his opponents die a merciless death.
He said in either an interview or his autobiography that does that because win or lose, it's one of his ways of placing himself in the match and to help align his vision with the reality that he wants.

Nearly all players on the tour speak English, as well as their own language, and quite a few speak a couple of others, too.

It’s more about where you grow up and how much exposure you get to English. Scandinavians pretty much speak perfect English and, of course, their own language.
