Look at the condition of real estate in China…real estate has fallen down by 40% in last 2 years…if that happens in India it will create panic…especially for flat owners as supply is increasing with higher fsi and more taller buildings and demand will decrease in coming years with peple marrying late, not have kids, intelligent people moving abroad…i think this is gonna happen in India too where real estate will start falling as its very inflated market in India…
Hi, what’s the future of Rise villas Gr Noida sec 1. Any visibility on registry in future. Some medical university coming nearby, any impact of that? Overall is it a good option to buy in resale?
Hold it for 10 years... If there is change in government 2027... Forget that you will even get the amount you invested... ATS allure investors are literally crying... Niether they are able to rent nor they are able to sell
