God Bless you for sharing this! The Lord knew I needed to hear this today as I woke up this morning feeling very burdened and unsettled with all the tasks that need to be completed this week. I spent time in prayer to give it over to God. I believe this was for me to hear in order to put some things into practice. So thank you and God Bless you!
Treat your schedule like an appointment. That is certainly great. I think in our fast communication world we allow other things to steam roll our schedules rather than allowing our yes to mean yes. An integrity issue.. Offft :). Thanks Reagan.
This is SO helpful! I really like the challenge of keeping appointments with myself! And the Weekly Shutdown is exactly what I need. I struggle with working from home, being single and just going full blast as long as I have any bit of energy left. Then, crashing from exhaustion with a big mess to clean up. I am definitely going to try to implement both of these excellent ideas!
