This video really made me stop and reflect. The insights shared here are so impactful that they’ve genuinely taught me something valuable. It’s not often that I come across content that leaves such a lasting impression, and for that, I just want to say thank you. Your work is a gift, and I’m grateful for the effort you’ve put into creating it.

I like the idea of thinking about what has been exciting the past week as part of your planning session. That would be a great way to see trends and figure out if they are important enough to incorporate into your schedule.

Hey man, Immlistening to you at 1:23 and neeed to comment. Thanks for the non agressively self adverising but rather intelligent tone. This alone is enough to listen to this video.

First time coming across your channel, really enjoyed this video! The intro was honestly spot on so many people talk about an 'exact' routine or way to plan your weeks, great video!

Going to try some of this! Trying to "reset myself" before the end of the year and this could definitely help!

This is really helpful, thanks Nick! I've been doing similar things throughout the week, but I love the idea of sitting down and doing this all at once. I know it's different for everyone, but I'd like to learn more about your finance spreadsheet and how you track your spending and accounts each week.

Nick, I’m glad you’ve been able to develop a planning process that works for you. Thanks for sharing it.
I don’t understand what benefit you get from reviewing your plan on Friday and then again on Sunday. It’s seems to be redundant effort. Could you please explain?
You gave a few example of your goals. They all sounded like tasks to me (for example, read a book a week). I suggest you ask why do you do those tasks? That’s like asking, “What are your objectives?” In my mind, objectives are desired “end results”, in contrast to the “means” to the “ends”, which is what tasks are.
To be more specific, I’ve developed a list of the 13 different aspects of a person’s life. I listed them below. They are a set of “categories” of “objectives”. I developed this list over the past 10-15 years. In that time, I’ve never come across a specific “objective” that didn’t fit into one of the “categories”. In addition, the set of “categories” meets the MECE requirements used by many large consulting firms. (MECE is a method of grouping information (like notes) so that the groups (like folders) are mutually exclusive (ME) and collectively exhaustive (CE). In other words, the “categories” do not overlap and nothing falls through the cracks.)
I hope you find this helpful.

Your video is probably the best one I’ve seen. I like the ‘how I feel’ review to get insight. Question...what calendar are you using? I don’t recall you stating. Thank you for this video :)
