Wendy, this is an awesome tutorial. I have the fairy lights to put into resin but have yet to use them. I am using a deep pour resin for the first time. I started the project yesterday. I wish I had a decompression chamber for it. I have a lot of inclusions for it. As Claire would say, I'm chucking it all in. 😂 But I think I will use the fairy lights too. Thanks for the idea and showing the best way to use them. ❤
Hi, Wendy, it's Roxanne from the USI spoke to you before about what I do I do reside now and I love what you do but I noticed there was 1 person online a Danny Cooper he did babillusion want a Mold or a flat Mold to make an inlay and and it worked. I couldn't believe it. So I thought I would let you know about that and try it out. I'm gonna try it out, too, but give the credit over to Danny Cooper.
I need to dig out my cheap fairy lights and try them in resin, this is amazing! I just need to find a mould that looks cool even when the lights eventually stop working... The pink ghost looked purple with the light on 💜
It sounds like you use a very versatile resin for sure 😀😀😀 Some resins work great while others would flash cure, so as I’m demonstrating the make, I don’t want to give off the wrong information 😀😀💜👍
May I ask why you need deep pour resin for these? Maybe it's because you wanted to do all the same color all at once? I'm asking because I love the molds you've presented but I don't have deep pour resin, and can't afford it at the moment, but I don't see why I couldn't do them in layers? Thanks for any info you can provide! Love your work.

I made a blue translucent skull with lights in for my granddaughter and grated my thumb getting it out of the mould but she loves it.

Love these. As I don't have a pressure pot, should I put a heat mat under them as it's gone quite cold now or will deep cure be ok to be left?
It would be better to put them in an isolated box like a polystyrene container 😀😀😀

What would happen if you added some glow powder to the lighted ones? Would they continue to glow after you turn the light off? 😮
They would for a while, but glow powder sinks and unless you fill it completely with powder it will end up just in its head 😂😂
