As it's a Japanese game made in the 90's I don't believe those words were offensive to them, and besides in 2014, it's only offensive to Amish people as they are completely crazy.

Hell Crusher is the name of a miniboss in Tunnel Rhino's stage which may not be related to negative afterlife whatsoever (e.g., Who/what/when/where/why/how the hell). I am sure that will ease your doubts on bad language in video games for ages 6 and up.
