If your research is funded by big pharma GMOs are always safe, if you are funded by non-pharma GMOs are always very risky. Now who has more money? In 2002 it was reported the top 10 pharmaceutical comany listed in fortune 500 were more profitable than the rest combined, (that changed after 2002 because oil companies wanted more action) now you can see the scale of the influence big pharmas have.

@@davidadcock3382 :D Bif Pharma is short for Pharmaceutical Industry. One of biggest profit making industries, who owns patterns for the genes, who funds the research into the GMO research, and make sure they are declared safe. Don't be a blind sheep, following other blind sheep.

And what would be in a gmo, poison!? NO, a gmo helps the crop not die from bugs or pesticides and can even help your health because it can help the plant!!!! The only thing harmful would be antibiotics used on the plant that could result in a super bug plant disease from immunity

*People Strongly Against GMOs Had Shakier Understanding Of Food Science, Study Finds* Jan 26, 2019 "People who most intensely oppose genetically modified food think they know a lot about food science, but they actually know the least, according to a peer-reviewed paper published in January in the journal Nature Human Behaviour.
GMOs are widely considered safe by scientists, but opponents have said they want more science on the potential harm so that subjective arguments aren't part of the equation. However, previous surveys have shown that providing more scientific facts about GMOs to people doesn't change their minds.
The survey, conducted by four universities, asked 2,000 people in Europe and the United States how much they knew about genetically modified food, what their opinion was and how intense it was." Lazy meme dealer ......actually u can't improve on what God made, even the Bible says Dont mix the seed, bcz when u put synthesized or mutated food in a God made human, we start to have disease......look around u for your answer & don't believe the ones making $ off disease & ruining our planet.....God had warnings for a reason

@@bobbijo6818 That is the religious version of the naturalistic fallacy. We had already been drastically changing all foods we ate for 8000 years before Christ if you believe there is a daddy in the sky. No 'god' ever wrote a book. Superstitious science illiterate men wrote that nonsense. Think about what you just posted - 'mixing" seed just means a mixed variety of plants in the field. They still grow but less efficiently. Disease has nothing to do with it unless you are malnourished, that only causes diseases from vitamin deficiency and makes you have a lower resistance to all other diseases. Disease has always existed. It is part of evolution's way of guaranteeing survival of the fittest so only the best and strongest survive. You brought a rubber knife to a gun fight. Wild plants include the wild mustard from which all broccoli, cauliflower, kale, turnips, cabbage and brussels sprouts came from thanks to our breeding of wild mustard for desired traits. GMO science only does the same but faster.
