Now that is a big kettle ! I just bought an antique bain marie, that has 2 ceramic crocks, that fit inside a square metal box that sits a bit high. Where the ceramic crocks sit, like a box, that contains water with a spout to drain the water when you are done - there is an opening on the bottom, where you would put your heating source, to heat the bottom of the box the ceramic crocks sit in.
I'm looking for a kettle that stirs itself during the cooking process. Does something like that exist. I make jams and I have stir my pots constantly so the jam doesn't burn. I want to be able to process large quantities and a restaurant or industrial quality kettle would be great. Any ideas or leads would be appreciated.

Yes, that's called a planetary mixing cooking pot or automatic cooking pot!
