Lord, from sorrows deep I call When my hope is shaken Torn and ruined from the fall Hear my desperation For so long I’ve pled and prayed God, come to my rescue Even so the thorn remains Still my heart will praise You Storms within my troubled soul Questions without answers On my faith these billows roll God, be now my shelter Why are you cast down my soul? Hope in Him who saves you When the fires have all grown cold Cause this heart to praise You And, oh, my soul, put your hope in God My help, my Rock, I will praise Him Sing, oh, sing through the raging storm You’re still my God, my salvation Should my life be torn from me Every worldly pleasure When all I possess is grief God, be then my treasure Be my vision in the night Be my hope and refuge Till my faith is turned to sight Lord, my heart will praise You I will praise You And, oh, my soul, put your hope in God My help, my Rock, I will praise Him Sing, oh, sing through the raging storm You’re still my God, my salvation
Behold, We bringing you the GOOD NEWS of great joy to all the people...! "Jesus Christ who took flesh from the Holy Virgin Mary, born in a manger, preached the kingdom of God, died on the cross, resurrected and ascended into Heaven 2000 years ago, *has come again in flesh in the Name EMMANUEL*

I have just listened to this Doxology again after one year and noticed my comment then. This Doxology is so beautiful. What a blessing those singers are to so many. Thank you.
I was sick with Covid when i stumbled upon this video around the same week when this was released. It reflected what i really felt that time, desperate but clinging to the Lord for hope & strength that I'd praise Him eventually after that pit. This became my worship song at that time when praying. The Lord has been gracious to us, saving me & my family. Thanks for this song & video.
How absolutely wonderful! I cannot listen to this without tearing up! The beautiful harmony carries the poignant message straight to the heart. Thank you.
I have listened a dozen times since you posted this. It came at just the time I find myself in a dangerous spiritual battle. This helps renew my faith and my resolve, it's been a Godsend to me.
Beautiful lyrics!!.. spirit inspired and encouraging to my soul in this difficult and trial moment of my faith!! God bless you for put this great piece together!
I’m always encouraged by men of God who look to God For the answers! God always has it right and the Bible was written by The Holy Spirit and as I recall he teaches the Holy Spirit teaches us also! I loved DR. SPROUL because he had a humble spirit with a high education in Theology!
@Stay Relentless yeah pretty obvious, I live in Oldham county I've been down to the chapel and listen to recitals long time ago. can't say that I have an ear for the chapel but that's obviously recorded in a big hall. I would have preferred to seem it recorded in the chapel, but hey outside is good too.
Thank you
It would be neat to record this song again with the same people in the same place in forty years.
Lord, from sorrows deep I call
When my hope is shaken
Torn and ruined from the fall
Hear my desperation
For so long I’ve pled and prayed
God, come to my rescue
Even so the thorn remains
Still my heart will praise You
Storms within my troubled soul
Questions without answers
On my faith these billows roll
God, be now my shelter
Why are you cast down my soul?
Hope in Him who saves you
When the fires have all grown cold
Cause this heart to praise You
And, oh, my soul, put your hope in God
My help, my Rock, I will praise Him
Sing, oh, sing through the raging storm
You’re still my God, my salvation
Should my life be torn from me
Every worldly pleasure
When all I possess is grief
God, be then my treasure
Be my vision in the night
Be my hope and refuge
Till my faith is turned to sight
Lord, my heart will praise You
I will praise You
And, oh, my soul, put your hope in God
My help, my Rock, I will praise Him
Sing, oh, sing through the raging storm
You’re still my God, my salvation
The world need Jesus the only Saviour. Amen

Beautiful lyrics sound so good. Recorded in the chapel? Sounds like.

How about a whole album?!?
Studio sound ??
too flashy, just do the hymn like its supposed to be in 4 part harmonies, stop the bumming and booping, sing the hymn
