God has promised us that we shall never have trials that we cannot handle, that we can not push through, that we can not endure. This does not mean there won't be times when we cannot see the path. There will be times when we will need to lean on him and give total control to his plan. Always remember the poem of the footprints in the Sand (abbreviated here for the comment).... I dreamt my life was as a walk on the beach with the Lord, and each step was a moment in my life and the sand reflected two sets of footprints one set was mine and the other the Lords. At one point, I turned and looked back on our walk. I noticed that at those points in my life when things were at their worst, I saw only one set of footprints. This troubled me deeply, so I aske the Lord, "When I promised to follow you, you promised to always be there for me. Why then, in my time of deepest troubles, did you leave me?" He looked at me, smiled and said ""My precious child, I love you and will never leave you. You misunderstand what your eyes are showing you. In those times, when you see only on set of footprints, those were the times I was carrying you."
