EASY NO-BAKE GREEN MANGO JELLY DESSERT RECIPE | GREEN MANGO DESSERT | SOFT GREEN MANGO DELIGHT
INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
2 GREEN MANGOES
PEEL THE MANGOES
CUT IN TO PIECES
POUR IN BLENDER
1 CUP WATER
BLEND WELL
POUR IN A PAN
½ CUP SUGAR
½ TSPN BLACK SALT
3-4 DROPS GREEN FOOD COLOR
MIX
¼ CUP CORNFLOUR
¼ CUP WATER
MIX WELL
COOK UNTIL BOIL
MIX THE CORNFLOUR MIXTURE
COOK UNTIL THICKEN
COOL DOWN FOR 5 MIN.
POUR IN PLASTIC CUP OR ANY MOULD
COOL DOWN IN ROOM TEMPERATURE
KEEP IN FRIDGE 1-2 HOURS
MANGO JELLY DESSERT IS READY
CUT IN TO PIECES
COAT WITH DESSICATED COCONUT
MINT LEAVES
