I liked this recipe well. I am going to try it soon. We can even add some lime juice also into the cooked ripe mango pulp.
I will use only sugar with low glycemic index like coconut sugar. We are diabetic. We can also keep it in the son for drying as smooth sheet on a flat vessel or a plate. This is called as Mango therai in Malayalam. I will try it today itself.

You can also use rice flour but it will not give the perfect results are used by cornflour
