These kinda menu looks tempting but i can't eat them. I just watch your show because you give so many tips that are really useful for us beginners.
Afghan Manto Written Recipe : Ingredients: For Dough: Flour 250 grams Salt 1 tsp For the Filling: Beef mince 250 grams Salt 1 tsp Chopped garlic 1 tbsp Chopped onion 1 (small) For the Topping: Grams (boiled) 2 cups Yogurt kg Oil 2 tbsp Chopped Red Chillies 2 tbsps Salt 1 tsp Method: Make the dough with flour, salt, and water in flour. keep it aside for 1 hour. Spread the dough on a sheet and cut into 3-inch square pieces. Now mix all the ingredients of the filling well fill the square pieces of dough with it and steam it in a steamer for 20 minutes and keep it aside. Heat oil in a pan and fry gram and salt for 3 minutes. Now put the manto on a plate and pour the chickpea on top. Then spread curd over the manto. Now heat oil in a pan add chopped red chillies and cook for a minute, spread on top of mantu and serve hot. Zee Burger Written Recipe : Ingredients: Chicken leg (boneless) 6 Chilli powder 1-½ tbsp Garlic powder 1 tbsp Salt 1 tsp Vinegar 4 tbsp Flour 3 cups Burger buns 8 Iceberg 250 grams Mayonnaise 1 cup White pepper 1 tbsp Cheddar cheese slices 8 pcs Composition: In a bowl, marinate the chicken with garlic powder, chili powder, salt, vinegar, and white pepper for 2 hours. Heat oil in a pan. Coat the chicken with flour and dip it in water. Then again coat well in flour. Now deep fry for 12 minutes and place cheese slice on it.
