Now add ginger, and garlic fry for 1 minute. Add chicken, garam masala, salt, fennel, and coriander powder fry for 5 minutes. Now add 4 cups of water, green chilies, and yogurt, and cook for a few minutes. Then add rice and cook for 10 minutes. Now cover and cook for 15 minutes, and serve. Baigan Ka Bharta Recipe Ingredients: Eggplant 1 kg Green chili slice 6 Onion sliced 1 large Garlic 1 tbsp Ginger 1 tbsp Coriander (chopped) 4 tbsp Coriander powder 2 tbsp Cumin powder 1 tbsp Salt 1 tsp Oil ½ cup Black salt 1 tsp Chili powder 1 tbsp Lemon juice 3 tbsp Method : After roasting the eggplant on the stove, remove the skin and chop it. Now heat oil in a pan and fry the onions until golden. Then add garlic and ginger and fry for 1 minute.
