But after bought the flat only we came to know that wont be possible immediately bcoz some of the flat owners are not ready for redevelopment. So i am depressed after this sir. Kindly tell your suggestions. But the location is good
I'm sorry I am replying so late. I seemed to have missed your comment. what you are facing is a common problem, i would urge you to wait it out and rent out the apartment in the mean while to enjoy some cash flow.

But I do feel there is more advantages purchasing a resale apartment which was not clearly defined in this video. A more in depth take on resale apartments advantages would have made this an excellent unbiased content.
