I love your Tacoma, looks great! I have an Off Road w/ the Stabilizer Disconnect Mechanism on order. I’m wondering if the leveling kit will cause any problems/issues for the SDM? Thanks for your input!

It’s a Rough Country leveling kit, which is a 1.5” spacer that just levels the front end. They’re very inexpensive, and really adds to the look.

I like the level look too but I do pull a trailer with my atv on it.

The leveling kit is just a 1.5” spacer on the front end and won’t affect your towing. You also have the ability to level out your headlights so you’re not blinding anyone while towing.

With the bigger tire, did it change your speedometer? If so, how did you correct it?

I haven’t recalibrated the speedometer. At 60 MPH I’m actually going 62 MPH at 70 I’m actually going 72.6 MPH

That’s not bad. I have a Sport with the Premium package on order. Should get it by end of month. I want to lift it and run 34,s but have not found anyone talking about option to recalibrate speedometer. On my 3rd gen it was easy with the aftermarket tool.

I have 33’s on my Tacoma just like I had on my 2021 Tacoma and this 4th gen gets 2 MPG better combined

Looks way better than that 3rd gen! So glad Toyotas new engineering team especially chief engineer Sheldon saved the Tacoma and made much better looking as well as overall just a better pickup!!!!!!

No I didn’t need it, but I like the look of them when they’re leveled. I had a 2021 Tacoma and it required a leveling kit to run the 33’s plus they had to do some trimming to prevent the tires from running.
You have a lot more room in the fender wells to work with on the new 2024 Tacoma

The stock size is a 265/70/R17. These BF Goodrich KO3’s are a 285/70/R17
