TJ - Sailing Dinghy | Tiller and Rudder

In this video I would like to show you how I made the tiller and rudder assembly. The rudder was drawn on plywood using a CNC plotter, sawn out and shaped by hand. It was then coated with a fiberglass mat and boat paint. The tiller was made from bent ash wood and coated with epoxy and clear varnish. Some of the fittings were produced using a 3D printer and ASA material (uv resistant).
