    Mr. Tom, thank you very much. I can't believe your lessons are free, as I have paid for many seminars and found that your approach and teachings are the best, and it's all for free, thank you a lot .

    Fantastic videos, thank you ! I can see there are 3 courses, of which this one (MS Project Made Easy) seem to be the "easiest", the next level is "MS Project Tutorials" (also mentioned in the description above), and "MS Project The Course is the most advanced? Is this a fair assesment? Do you recommend to take those consecutively, in this order of difficulty? Thanks again !!!

      I think you will find MS Project the course the best as it has links to files for you to download and follow along with. Ms project made easy so far has more advanced topics in the later videos

    Thanks Tom for providing an excellent beginners guide to MS Project. I have a one year long construction project. We had several monthly updates and moving the task incomplete parts to status date extending the activity duration. Now, when I move the activity it moves the start earlier in time. How do I fix this?

    This is exactly how software was rolled out at my last company which is a big mechanical contractor i Southern California. Two of the biggest were Salesforce CRM and MS Project in which the company paid for 3 people to train with the CRM and then they were going to show everyone else. Yeah right .

    • @TomStephensontraining
      @TomStephensontraining  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Like anything if you give it to people that rarely use it they won’t remember it. But if you do use it you can reference particular videos to refresh. I find that helps a lot Paul. The other issue is if people don’t keep to their commitments Ms Project won’t help other then to show who is the problem.

    How did you calculate the duration of the activities ? Or is from the rate analysis activity multiply by the quantity of the activity ? If we’re the case how do you fit your resources and the links between activities in order to get the duration from the rate analysis

    • @TomStephensontraining
      @TomStephensontraining  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Pablo, the durations were just selected for the exercise and the links then calculate the dates. Durations are calculated based on historical data, input from trades and vendors, and experience with collaboration. All the best
