When they say "harmed", they mean killed, but I'll bet TH-cam would screw with their monetization for putting that text onscreen. They expect people to know that people falling off stuff and banging into stuff will feel pain and get hurt...but maybe they're giving the TH-cam audience too much credit, because posts like this always show up under these videos.

@@jdsim9173 He literally is, thats 100% driving without due care and attention. He should check his surroundings before driving off. Even if the guy wasn't there he was too close to the other vehicle.
@@garibaldi54 there is a youtube short from a lawyer with this exact video, he says the truck drive is not liable to physical harm due to the idiot put himself in harms way. But he is responsible for any property damage

As a truck driver, 6:32 is literally one of my worst nightmares because you can be doing everything right on the road and that could still happen and cause a major accident if you lose control of your trailer. I’ve actually had other drivers tell me that this is the reason they prefer doubles over super singles 😬
