I would disagree here. The corruption has decreased at ground level. This is the first time when govt. employes are having to work. In the past govt employes used to enjoy the inefficiencies of govt. without any effort to tackle those existing inefficiencies. Digitalization has improved accountability and transparency by many folds but much remains to be achieved, thats true.
