    I have a 2019 breakout with the adjustable shock with the handle on the side. If I install this will my shock still be adjustable?

      Yes , your shock will work the same as before.

    I could not remove the original part because the center pin just keeps spinning. Any suggestions?

      Put a wrench on the nut then I use long 3/8" extension inside of the bushing to turn the shock rod end. Do not use extension on rod end without bushing installed! It may help to add small amount of heat to loosen up thread locker if used.
