This complex has really nice apartments with really good pricing. This was inspiring.
I love that first one, its so nice, you guys are lucky that the appartments come with a fridge, microwave and washer dryer, over here in Australia we get none of that, we have to buy it all ourselves...

The Amenities suck there. 😂 Vermella amenities are way better. The 2 bedroom price is not bad. I live in Union about 12years now. I did go to see a studio,, and 1 bedroom apt @ the Vermella. I like what I’m seeing. I may actually go again to checkout a 2bedroom. And I really want to hear why you’re looking again. Yeah it’s great to hear the good things about Vermella. But I want to hear the bad also,. Thanks.
Honestly my only complaints about Vermella is the price tag and lack of storage space. However, I do know that the price is a bit higher because of the amenities.

The apartments are spacious
Yes…way more spacious than my current one.
they had me at the 1 Bd 1 Bath, but then they lost me at the amenities

It depends on what size apartment you get
Why the places out there dont have carpet?
Some places do. I would assume it is easier to maintain wood or tiling in rental apartments
nice apartment how much for rent and do you have hud rent
The prices of all the one I toured are in the video. But if you go on their website I’m sure they’re on there. Also not sure about HUD Rent.
I saw this place & i was not impressed. They wanna charge 250 for amenities ( what amenities-a gym & outdoor space).
Oh wow…they said they’re isn’t a fee for amenities when I went.
@@RhondaIeasha they waive it for the first year because the gym isn't finished. After that 1st year you're gonna have to pay

Space is ok but that neighborhood is wacked n there is no amenities there this is a no !!!
