Love your apartment! I recently just moved out of New Jersey due to high cost of living and the never ending restrictions and crappy weather lol - now live in Florida! 🥰 ☀️ 🌴 I have a modern 2 bedroom 930 sq. With patio for only 1200
a month it’s crazy. Thank god I can work from home LOL

I so much love your apartment.. with the tv stand u can put a beautiful plant 🪴 or colorful vase on there and the rug u can check Home Depot for stain removal

@@RhondaIeasha if you can't get the stain out, you can always put the rug at an angle, like a diamond, and have that stained corner hidden under the sofa. At least until you are able to replace it or remove the stain.

The bathroom door is a pocket door not a barn door lol. But I love the space. I wanna live in a studio so bad. My end goal is a tiny house though 😅. Your kitchen is really nice

Beautiful home also for the rug u can purchase resolve and a spot remover machine for 75 dollars from Walmart I purchased mines from the Walmart in Woodbury hope this helps

Hello, i love your decor. I am relocating to NJ from Miami in about 3 weeks. Your video has me excited. I’m looking into The Eddy but now i’ll inquire here as well. Any advice will be greatly appreciated..help please😂
Thank you. I haven’t seen The Eddy in person so I can’t say much about those. However if I had to choose based on the surrounding area, I would pick the Vermella in Union. I don’t really care for the town of Harrison. It’s congested and looks grungy all the time lol. There is a Vermella in that area as well. It’s older and personal not as nice. But it’s up to you and what you can afford and your wants. I know my vote is going to sound bias...but just comparing the two areas...Union, NJ is better.

Yea I downsized from a one bedroom, so I brought a lot with me
i live in garwood nj .. and they have the vermella
here .. the only issue i have is tht its like 2200 for a studio wats luxury’s? ur paying for just the amenities not necessarily for the apartment the cud have made a sliding frost wall unit to make tht alcove look more like 1 bedroom

DO NOT get rid of the big couch just because you live in a small space does it mean that you get a small couch I also live in a studio and I believe in go big or go home the couch is beautiful in that space ...Also I hate hate hate hate hate pink but I absolutely hands down love what you did with it and it looks gorgeous in your home very tasteful and not overbearing ...your house is adorable yetI do find it awkward that anyone that comes to your home walks right into your bedroom perhaps put up a nice sheer curtain there as a separator and possibly at some long twinkle lights to it.... it's just a pet peeve of mine for anyone to walk inside of anyone else's bedroom... that's your sanctuary and your private resting space and no one should see it or be in there other than your husband... again I love your space 💚
Thank you...I thought about trying the curtain but my bed those stick out a little from the wall. Also I think the curtains might make it feel even smaller than it already is.
@@RhondaIeasha only close the curtain when you have company and get a very very sheer pretty curtain so that it doesn't look closed off but it still looks like it's separate and if you get those twinkle lights to go the full length of the curtain it's adorable and they sell those on Amazon and they come in floor to ceiling length

So what constitutes for a luxury apartment🤔? I mean it’s a nice place and good for you, but we need to manage expectations. If I was told that I was getting a luxury apartment and this is what I was given, I’d be most disappointed. This place is kind of average and no candidate for million dollar listing. I’m sorry. But well done to you anyway and the dog is cute.
I’m not sure where you live...but in NJ this is considered a luxury complex compared to other living spaces in the area. Luxury by this definition would include all full size and updated appliances, with higher than average quality features. It would also include all of the more than normally offered amenities that this apartment comes with. Maybe you didn’t check out part one. Or maybe you are accustomed to something way more extravagant. Either way I guess luxury is defined by the person. I’m sure what I think is luxury doesn’t compare to Beyoncé’s version of it.
