    You’d think the engineers at rough country would design their products better to refrain from grinding and drilling your Jeep up

      Little late to the party... Have you not installed a long arm suspension kit before or heard of a "frame chop" bumper. Both require cutting/grinding the frame and welding. Don't be afraid to modify based on grinding and drilling. Have fun with your toy!

    I installed the same liners last week. If I may add a tip: I completely assembled the rear inner fenders including the rubber stripping outside of the Jeep. I than jacked up the rear of the Jeep which created plenty of room in the wheel well to insert the piece. Looks good!

    I’m trying to install fenders for my jeep but I noticed that it didn’t come with the inner fenders front and rear. Can you replace the stock fenders and keep the stock fenders? They’re attached to each other so no idea how to do that. I have a 2015 jeep unlimited sport.

    I gotta give you props simply for running the most hated on brand in the Jeep world & for someone to run as much RC as you do & endorse them and not be sponsored by them...

    • @apexpredator_jku
      @apexpredator_jku 6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Valyrian_ Steel_JK I'm not a fan of RC either but they accomodate a niche in the market for those that don't have a blank check build budget, with budget friendly solutions but just as anything in the Jeep aftermarket, you get what you pay for.

    • @valyrian_steel_jk8013
      @valyrian_steel_jk8013 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      ApexPredator_JKU sounds like something someone that rins RC would say. I get it but you couldn't pay me to run most of their stuff.

    • @apexpredator_jku
      @apexpredator_jku 6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Valyrian_ Steel_JK quite the contrary, I don't run RC anything. I actually like spring rate in my coils but I'm not going to run down the next guy for running RC. If you don't like RC then cool but no need to announce it.

    • @billynunns
      @billynunns 6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I run RC. Zero issues and great customer service.
      I overland all the time with my set up.

    • @beatenpath4x4fabrication71
      @beatenpath4x4fabrication71 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Stephen that's what everyone that runs RC says, usually because they've never ran anything else to compare it to. Run Rock Krawler, Metalcloak or Clayton for a week then tell me what you think.

  • @funkydodo149
    @funkydodo149 6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Now it looks much better!!! I would just spray the white parts black, it looks like some plates fell off... RC could've just made the plates a little bit bigger to cover the remaining parts at the rear, if you would drive dirt road the stones will hit the Jeep body directly. The rear is the only thing I don't like about the kit (RC could've done better I think), the front is all good and everything is closed off nicely.
    Maybe checkout this TH-cam video, I think a next project for your Jeep (LOL)...
