    Great video!
    You might want to check how the sound was recorded/edited. I could only hear the sound of you speaking from my left headphone and your background music from the right.
    I would say it's just my headphones, but audio switched to playing background music through both headphones at the end of the video and it doesn't appear to be an issue while watching any other TH-cam videos.

    Hi, I have a question. One of the job of govt of Canada is asking for 3 reference letters in additional additional documents required. Can you suggest me a format for that. I'm a permanent resident newcomer here.

    Received this email after an interview
    "To date, you meet the qualifications assessed. Your name has been placed in a pool of partially assessed candidates. When a vacancy occurs, the Hiring Manager may conduct further assessments. If successful, you may be considered for future appointments"
    What does it mean? Thanks

    If a person worked for student position as a co-op student with CRA and has PRI, are they eligible to apply for internal job postings in GC? Note: currently student is not working with the CRA or any federal agencies

    • @fedjobscanada9909
      @fedjobscanada9909  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hello! Sadly not, you have to be a current Government of Canada employee to be considered to internal job. But you should be eligible for student bridging, which makes it A LOT easier for a manager to hire you: www.canada.ca/en/public-service-commission/services/appointment-framework/student-bridging.html

    currently doing the interview process for a PSO position... it says 100 vacancies and starts as soon as possible. I understand the interview process can be up to 6 weeks. Is it likely they'll call before the end of the year at least?

    • @fedjobscanada9909
      @fedjobscanada9909  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hello! Yes, they could certainly contact you before the end of the year. But it will be via email not phone.

    Question: How do you know if the job is part time or full time? And whether it is temporary or permanent? Thanks :)

    • @fedjobscanada9909
      @fedjobscanada9909  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hello! It's rare for a part-time position to be posted, so unless specifically stated you can assume it is full-time. Under the Intent of the Process section, they will state what kind of position they are hiring for (temp or permanent) - but often they leave it open! But for the language, they use Determinate = temporary, and Indeterminate = permanent.

    • @sunatray
      @sunatray 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@fedjobscanada9909 Hello again! Thank you for the swift response. I really appreciate that :) Actually, on the job posting it states
      "Permanent (indeterminate), Temporary (term), Acting, Deployment, Assignment, Secondment - Full-Time (37.5 hours/week), Part -Time and Shift Work Positions" .
      So, I am not quite sure what to make of this. And, if it helps, the intent of the process is to create a pool of qualified candidates.

    • @fedjobscanada9909
      @fedjobscanada9909  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@sunatray I would have to see the job posting to confirm - but it is likely that they are running a process that would allow managers who pull from this pool to offer a wide variety of types of contracts! That means once you are in the pool, it would be up to individual managers to reach out and describe what type of contract they have available in their team. Basically - they are casting a wide net to get as many qualified candidates as possible, so if you are interested in the job definitely apply!
