Thank you for this video Nick! I have a question. How long (as in days, weeks, etc) would you typically recommend for someone to dispute their core fear on paper? My fear is the fear of k*lling myself, and I mean fear, not actual su*cidal ideation

Hey Joe I usually recommend 3-5 days per week for a month then a month off, especially in the beginning!

    Hey Nick,
I don’t know if this is the right place but is there a possibility you could do a video on not knowing who you are? I find it hard to differentiate between what’s real, what’s not. I barely know what a ‘real’ feeling is.
I appreciate the rational approach you guys have.

Thanks. You mentioned head injuries and postpartum and nothing else but I think there are actually other issues. Also that chemically contribute . I have type one diabetes and ever since my blood sugar fluctuations begin going up and down regardless of how hard I try to control it I have had severe depression and anxiety issues. I think my mind is still responsible for much of the suffering,

Hey Alex - Yes, other issues as well but majority of depression stems from beliefs or are largely affected by beliefs. It's important to cover that a lot as society moves in the opposite direction.

I dont get it, it's like ive mastered and studied how OCD, fears and beliefs work... but cant seem to see any consistent progress even though feelings/symptoms doesnt usually equate to progress in general

Hey Tech! One thing you could be doing wrong, I made this mistake a lot is unknowingly trying to make OCD go away by using the tools. It sounds weird but we can be subtly trying to force it away.

Hey Dilwich - It's easy to think that until you've worked with thousands of people where it's changed their lives.
