I'd honestly never noticed how Kirby like the layering on some of Rob Hubbards track is, this is an awesome remix, those Kirby samples and general arrangement are really groovy. You can really hear a lot of modern nelward in here, it's incredibly cool to look back on this, I also love some of the more compressed samples, sounds like something you could've forced out of a C64 if you asked nicely
I'm really digging this retake of the track; it keeps just enough to stay familiar, does enough to feel fresh, and is pretty damn quriky and fun in of itself. One of my favourites from you, easy.
not a fan of the reverb behind some of the synths 0:17 the glockenspiel-esque instrument on the left sounds a bit too loud and the reverb kind of makes it feel out of place. There are some instruments that sound like they're a bit too much in the foreground. 0:37 the earthbound "wow" should be a BIT lower, have some kind of delay behind it and should be less dry in general. Overall I feel like you used reverb too much in some places and not enough in others. Otherwise this is pretty good 1:021:14 & 2:48 are my favourites. Groovy as fuck. Also I really like your use of square synths and Kirby samples.
Pretty good but those voice samples should be a Little lower. Kinda fucked my ears up I really liked the track though! Also please use those Kirby Superstar samples more they fit your style of composing perfectly
