But I'm definitely gonna beat the first one again on Wii U at some point, just for the novelty of seeing Bayonetta dressed as Link, Samus and such. lol
Even if it doesn't sell much, If enough people check that they bought the Wii u specifically because of this game, That'll be enough hopefully for Nintendo to fund another :)!

When platinum games say that the new main theme is gonna be based also in the moon as "Fly me to the moon" my first guess was Moon River! I fucking knew it! I can't wait to play the game
Even though there are a number a similarities between the Fly me to the Moon and Moon River in both pacing and motif, it's still pretty impressive to predict that one considering the wide amount of songs involving the moon.
Bayonetta is so fucking refreshing to see. Not only is she a complete badass and sexy, she KNOWS she's badass and sexy and isn't shy of flaunting it. I mean, I'm kinda tired of the Lara Croft, Ellie from Last of Us, and Elizabeth from Bioshock take on women. Bayonetta is confident, sexy, and damned if she doesn't do some work.

Every sound designer will tell you that is what your supposed to do. The best song should be used for the best and most suitable scenes, as it keeps it fresh, and makes those scenes more awesome then they otherwise would be.

Dunno if you guys noticed that Moon themed song choice was to reflect the Umbra Clan and the lyrics of the song is the storyline disguised. For instance, "Fly Me To The Moon" is describing Bayonetta's amnesia. Having no memories means being empty as a person. The song is about filling your heart with love. The love is found in the petzone she put Luka in, the tender motherly love and Jeanne as a friend. And this one "Moon River" describes an unattainable place where everything is possible hence Chaos. The lyrics "Moon River and me" refer Loki and Bayonetta respectively. Well makes sense to me.

The only gripe imo with the switch ports of bayonetta 1+2 is how lazy Nintendo treated the physical release for U.S/U.K. Japan got the best physical edition release, sucks Nintendo of America & Europe didn’t see that way for whatever reason at that time couldn’t even include both games in one cartridge. The WiiU release if I’m not mistaken had both discs, never owned the WiiU release anyways. Re-selling the physical copies is kinda useless if it doesn’t have bayo 1 since the code is used, these code in a box physical releases are a load of B.S.
I nearly died when I saw the name of this song. I've never clicked on a video so fast in my life. I watched Breakfast at Tiffany's in a film class recently, so the name was familiar. It is just wonderful how Bayonetta takes old-timey songs and sort of electrifies them, like Fly Me To The Moon in the first game.
I dream of one day playing the Bayonetta franchise on my switch. I found this gem of a song by chance and always knew about the games themselves, but I didn't know how good the soundtrack was.

Late comment but these were originally songs from the 60s/70s. They were just used in the game. You're just looking too far into it.

The only gripe imo with the switch ports of bayonetta 1+2 is how lazy Nintendo treated the physical release for U.S/U.K.
Japan got the best physical edition release, sucks Nintendo of America & Europe didn’t see that way for whatever reason at that time couldn’t even include both games in one cartridge.
The WiiU release if I’m not mistaken had both discs, never owned the WiiU release anyways.
Re-selling the physical copies is kinda useless if it doesn’t have bayo 1 since the code is used, these code in a box physical releases are a load of B.S.

I nearly died when I saw the name of this song. I've never clicked on a video so fast in my life. I watched Breakfast at Tiffany's in a film class recently, so the name was familiar. It is just wonderful how Bayonetta takes old-timey songs and sort of electrifies them, like Fly Me To The Moon in the first game.
