I actually like Walmart’s mainstay sparkle yarn. It’s actually pretty soft. I love the taupe and the mauve, but unfortunately it’s very limited colors!
It seems to be that way across all the mainstay yarns. I haven’t tried their sparkle yarn yet though I thought about getting that for this video! Wish I would have instead of that stinky troyarn

I can’t believe how much the finished product shed! I don’t think I’ve seen that before. Eek! Great review! And you did great! I have never seen that either. Even chenille yarns I’m not that crazy about don’t have the finished product shedding like that. And thank you! I think I just work better with a regular schedule haha. Anything that throws that off hurts my brain!
I have not used Bernat Blanket yarn yet. I like thinner chenille yarn. The only ones i have used is Go Handmade from Hobbii, i think, and Premier Parfait Chunky. I have to say that the Premier Parfait Chunky can be pretty frustrating with the shedding that occurs when making a magic ring, when sewing in the ends and especially when frogging. Great video! I like when people describe how yarn feels even if its likely the viewer has heard it already. Ive never crocheted with bernat (ive felt it in person tho) but i definitely feel like ik how it feels to crochet with bc of the descriptions. i want to try it eventually but that means having to invest in another yarn brand pretty much

Premier yarn has an iridescent thread you might want to check out. You just add it to whatever yarn you want to add sparkle to. I’m buying some. Right now it’s $2.64 a spool of 1093 yards.
I don't know if you figured out the mosquitos, I've used tiki torches and had good luck I also believe they hate peppermint so planting it keeps bugs out of your home and what not especially planted by the door. KEEP IT CONTAINED! It will grow like WEEDS so be aware. Hope it helped!
I have tied bigger hooks to no avail. it is an absolute struggle as it does not want to glide off my hook. Just found your channel and enjoy your content.
I don't know how Troyarn wants you to pronounce it, but I would probably pronounce it like 'Trojan' as in with emphasis on 'tro' not the 'yarn' 😁 But who knows 🤷

The red heart and Caron yarns would work for keychain or backpack buddy items.

Glad you enjoyed the review. I know lots of people like parfait chunky. I do like it but my favorite premier yarn is the retro velvet!

I’m glad you like the descriptions! Bernat can be hit or miss for me but I think it’s worth trying out especially when it goes on sale!
