The "I" drops in the stillness that is without words.. the "I" was only a thought.. a dream in the pure mind.. and one realizes this consciousness precedes thought.. just as enlightenment or awakening is when "I" am not. Hi Tony. Thanks for putting this up. I relate very much to what you said about your earlier life. From the age of about 7 years I wanted to be rich and successful. Every time something was acquired I thought this would "be it" - the thing that makes me forever happy and satisfied - but of course it never was. What a disappointment! Now I see that all I ever truly wanted was "THIS" right here and now - the infinite, eternal, IS-NESS - and the conscious experience of complete ONENESS. Best wishes to you!

In fact ,there's no duality nore non-duality ,they're mind made concepts .What's left is what is .

The organism creates a profile of itself for survival purposes and takes it to be it's identity.
Initial awakening,: organism recognizing the profile not it's identity.
The organism will create a new profile:
" I am awakened/ self realized"
This process will repeat until the death of the Organism, a kind of death rebirth( Reincarnation)

After that we recognize that it’s not our identity (EGO), we don’t create a new profile. (If you are fully realized). We realize that we are this presence (the self) and nothing more. If I create a new identity as «I am spiritual or I’am Awakened» and believe it to be the truth, this is again a trick of the Ego.
Even if I share about Non-Duality, presence of God etc… I m nothing but this presence.

Brother, this is the thing that I am most certain about: I am, I exist. It's beyond everything. Even without the brain or the physical body, consciousness would still be here. It's prior to everything. I have difficulty explaining because it's wordless but evident.

Yes that i wasn’t my mind, my thoughts nor my body. We are the formless that takes form in everything. We are the permanent. The white screen on which the movie is projected.

thanks for your reply. I have another question if you don't mind - when I get very close to experiencing what you describe, I hit a wall of fear and my body starts to shut down. I know this is because the ego doesn't want to die and it fears ego death like a pyshical death, but i can't seem to go any further. Is there anything you reccomend to go beyond this fear? Ego creates separation, conflicts, violence and wars. Yes, being in this presence which you are and realizing that we are that is joyful, peaceful and whole and i need to share that. You also seek that. It’s within you right now. We all share the same essence which is beyond the ego.

What is non duality exactly?
Recognize the oneness in all of us, beyond the Ego lies Consicousness (presence of God, the self) and we all share this same singular consciousness. We are not separated brother. It’s not a concept, you can realize that and have a profound understanding. We call that Awakening or Enlightenment. You can find many many videos here on youtube about this, i share about that as well. I suggest you to watch Mooji, Rupert Spira and Eckart Tolle.

Ok, but does this mean that you won't protect yourself if someone is attacking you? I mean, why should you protect your separate body if everything is one?

Of course, I do.
I recognize the oneness, but if someone attacks me and I don't have any other solution but to use force to protect my body, I will do so without hatred, without abuse.
Anything is possible, we are conscioussness but within it, there is a body, life protects life as the lion would do for his baby.❤️

To me it sounds as a contradiction, because if one truly would believe that everything is one, there would be no need at all to chose one life over another because there is no me or you, there is only one. There would be no need to protect oneself if everything is truly one, or am I missing something?
@@boris9047 I understand what you mean, and it's a truly interesting question. From the perspective of consciousness, we are one, and we all are this singular consciousness.
However, I don't live only within the absolute; there is a relative world which i love.
After Awakening, life for Tony continues. I have a wife and a son whom I love, and I would do anything for them. I love playing the role of a human being, knowing that in truth, I am this consciousness. Do you understand what I mean? I don't forget the relative world; I love being embodied as a human.
If tomorrow someone attacks me, I would protect both, as both are myself. I will use force to protect my body and to stop the other person, who is also me. By stopping him, I will protect him as well. But it's only a story; none of this exists-it's just a narrative. Anything is possible. No one knows what would happen in that case.

@@Tony_Ningam Hm, but then there is still this duality, the absolute world and the relative one. You still care more about your own body, your own family etc than you care about some stranger. It's still egotistical on some level and that's why I don't really understand this concept of non-duality when every "enlightened" person behaves as someone who doesn't actually believe in oneness.
The reason why I am asking all this is because I've had this awakening experience and in it I didn't care if I lived or died because all felt as one...which afterwards scared me like hell because of this indifference to my own personal life. I don't want to live in that state of mind if it means an increased risk of dying.
@@boris9047 Awakening isn't a state of mind; it's awaken to our true nature, and what you truly are cannot die, brother. Your body can die, but the self is eternal.
Everyone seeks freedom, inner peace, and happiness, wholeness which reside within us. The ego fears dissolution in presence, where it ceases to exist. I don't ponder these questions; I simply live in the nowness, in reality, and love everybody as one with myself. We cannot get along with all the apparent sense of self (ego) but i still love them, because behind this veil, there is God.

«I» simply let my true self reveal itself which as always been here and it is the same as your self, and you can also recognize that within you, we all are Awakened but most people aren’t conscious of it.
Seek what is permanent beyond all manifestations.✨
Once you reveal that within you, you deeply realize this infinite oneness, that we all share the same consciousness.
Awakening is the most simple thing, it s not as exotic as the mind made it out to be.
You can feel it, right now, if you remain still in the here and now, sense that openess of being, you are nothing but presence. The you is the ego construct, only a mere thought.
You are more than your thoughts, what you truly are is formless, infinite, peaceful… you are everything and it’s already there, between words, between thoughts, there is gap, explore in that «direction».
Don’t trust my words, they are only words, we can’t describe the truth.
