No problem Peter,I’ve not made a you tube video in along time…..the vans totally different at the front now(T6.1 ABT)sort of wish I’d done videos now…..doing a T6.1 tailgate conversion on it soon so might do a recap and do that🤨
Hey man, great video, I’ve bought an LED light bar, tried connecting the negative to the blue and the positive to the red but no luck, just using the wires from the left bulb, do you think if I connected both the blue and both the red to the LED light bar I’ve bought would work? Looking for the cheaper easier alternative to have done lol
Hi,thanks for the comments much appreciated not done a youtube video in a longtime…..van is totally different now(we’ll on the outside anyway lol).As for the lights I wouldn’t like to say my mate…..as this is how the lights worked for me,and how i found would work. But if you were to use a multimeter ect, work out what was live and negative, maybe incorporate a fuse or what ever….it could work.If your in any doubt, have a word with an auto electrician explain what it is your after achieving, see if they can help.Good luck with it and if there’s something you or anyone would like me to make a video about leave comments…..and I might still make some more TH-cam lolol
Hi Paul, my lights were exactly the same one just completely disintegrated whilst l was attempting to change the bulb so Jonny my mechanic changed them both over and as you show the LEDs are super. Have you put on or thought of putting on the dynamic side indicators..... there a cracking upgrade and cheap too 😁👍🏴🇬🇧
How do John my mate,I’ve got bar led indicators on mine(two bars, one over the other)my mum god bless her soul, bought them for me……still going 6 years later👍
@@CampervanAdventures Sorry to hear your Mum's gone, mind died 4 year's ago now........ I think its the smallest of things that make the biggest impact. For example everyone raves about the side indicators when l've gone and spent a fortune on the new interior 😂🤣😂 but l must say they are good. Hamish is currently around at Grease Monkey having a ladder and roof rack/rails fitted, so hopefully that (fingers crossed) will be the last biggest purchase. It's unbelievable how much you can spend on these buggers. My wee treat was a 420mm VW badge fitted with LEDs looks the business but not sure if it's for the interior of the backdoor, roof or side panel, £35 from a chap off gumtree. 👍🏴🇬🇧
@@CampervanAdventures Great news on the mould mucker that's another one to grab people's attention... Thanks for getting it sorted l really appreciate you doing this... You never know l might do a comedy sketch on me fitting it🤣😂🤣😂🤣👍🏴🇬🇧
Nice Video and great information. Just did mine today as the holder contacts were corroded . Thank you 5:38
