This ground beef at my aldis had no grease at all. I made tacos and expected some grease. Also made stuffed cabbage. If I had realized how good it was I would have gotten much more and canned it too. Loved the meatball idea. Thank you for sharing 😊

Hey from @specialplaceranch ! I enjoyed your video and thanks for trying less thickener in the apple pie filling, I’ve had several not seal from syphoning so I’ll have to try that !
It called for 3/4 of a cup and I put a half a cup and it was definitely too thick so next time I will try 1/4 cup. It barely moved in the jar lol
What does the lemon do to the apple mix please
That's a great question! I know you need it for canning to get the right ph but I'm not sure why you add it to the freezer recipe. Maybe it helps with it being too sweet.
