Totally agree with you on discipline. Pauline is the supervisor for the local high school kitchen and the amount of lip and language they get from the little angels is shocking. And they can't say anything to them Because they just run to the teachers and say they're depressed and they can't touch them 🙈
Spot on Richard about thr discipline nowadays, they even have a classroom to go in if they feal offended safe space i think it is called in our local high school i dont think there is a place for hands on youngsters two farmer freinds bith them sons got taken out of school and did some home schooling and worked the the other days when not doing school work both are cracking young lads doing there 16 yr old tractor test soon
Nowt wrong with a slap as a kid, back in the 60’s the favourite weapon of choice in my junior school was the “rubber digger” a small rubber spade out of the sand pit. I got it across my arse a few times and it kept me right.
Spring barley looking well as are a few crops around me but unfortunately to many bare patches in winter crops due to flooding. Be interesting to see what yields are like come harvest
Your be much better off Cutting down on growing corn . Put it into government systems. Grow more fodder beet to sell. Get your self some more herfords and specialist in more selling of farm machinery.. make more money. Because its looking like a bad harvest. Plus a wet autumn to put your crops in again. Because ground is allready saturated. And won't take a lot to be come wet again. Than your back to square one again like last year.
Entitlement is the biggest problem with todays kids, trouble being they think the country owes them a living without them having to do a tap. Makes me sick.
Please don't turn this channel into a political one. I know there are plenty of deluded idiots out there, but let's not spoil your channel by focusing on them...your work is much more interesting...
