for your iron farm i highly suggest putting a compacting drawer for the nuggets. it'll let you pull out nuggets, ingots, or even full blocks if you make the advanced version. it saves a ton of time over manually compressing things

The rotation speed only changes how many blocks the fan pushes for. It doesn't make it wash faster. You can save on SU by giving it only enough to cover the distance you need
Great iron farm, still amazed by the create mod pack. Might want to consider some kind of retaining wall around the path up to the iron farm to have it stand out a bit more

Lime dye can actually be created with bone meal and ferns. both can be ground into white and green dye respectively, and they can be combined into lime.
The speed of a fan does not affect how fast it smelts/washes etc. Only the amount of fans speeds up the process! No matter how slow/fast a fan is going, it will take the same amount of time :)

i know this is a little late but this is for those that come later. you do not need to make the spawner contraption travel the whole distance back to your base, you can right click with the wrench to pick up the contraption and carry it around in your inventory, snd the use the contraption builder to turn the spawner back into an entity that spawns by depowering the contraption builder . put the builder one block below where you want the spawner to reside and use a lever to turn the contraption off, make sure the spawn room is lit up before hand.
Use 1 small water wheel with your large water wheel installations. Put water on the small one first then put water on the large ones. The small wheel spins the large ones at the faster rate and all the wheels combine their stress units. Best of both worlds. Also, use a compacting drawer for the nuggets and it will make them available as ingots or blocks in addition to nuggets.
Just a tip (haven't used storage drawers in newer versions so not sure if this is valid) make sure you put a void upgrade on your storage drawers that factory products go into, so your factories don't overflow. Void upgrades delete any materials that go into an already full storage drawer
