Vegan food has gotten a 1000 times better over the years but it's still a hit or miss for me. Like anything else you have to know what to order.

As a workplace vegan, watching your reviews, I am enjoying it fully, I wish we had places like that in NZ.
That looks sooo good 🤤, I would 1000% try it. Even a lot vegan grocery options are good too, gone are the days of celery sticks and plain rice cakes. Great video!
I have a handful of vegan family/friends, and I could be completely wrong a lot of the time for the pulled pork type recipes they use jackfruit so they might have used that! But it’s awesome seeing vegan places get love because they get overlooked a lot.
I don’t actually practice vegan or vegetarianism but I’m always open to trying something and seeing if I like it, and a majority of the time it’s really great but I’m occasion it’s not my jam but 8/10 it turns out awesome!

Jackfruit is usually used to replicate pork for vegan dishes. Absolutely delicious.
Vegan pulled pork is usually made out of Jack fruit and maybe the buffalo chicken

I have seen them use tofu skins to simulate shredded chicken. Wouldn't be surprised if that's what they used in the buffalo chickn mac
